Background refresh

Hey!

On a Pixel 9a.

I started using Graphene 2 weeks ago and I have the problem that neither whatsapp nor beeper refresh in the background and i don't get notifications, that applies to calls and messages.

I gave them full permission to the battery and tried almost everything i know.

Any Ideas?
