Dauk Commons in stadium yard; thoughts and comments?

Hi,
I just moved to Edmonton last year and I am hoping to move into Dauk Commons apartment in stadium yards.

I wanted to hear and ask about the following things from the residents in Dauk Commons:

1. Noise Level (between suite, from the LRT)

2. Safeness of the neighbourhood (I will mostly be driving around, and not really be walking to places)

3. Neighbours

4. utility bill? (some google reviews of this apartment say that there is a high utility bill. In my current unit (downtown condo) I get billed $40~50 a month)

5. Opinion on current Building Management Team

6. Overall quality of living in this building.
