Multiple villagers on one workstation

I've cleared a mansion and brought villagers there now i have around 20-30 villagers.

Now the problem is there are 9 farmers but only two composters and 5 clerics but only one workstation.

I only crafted one cleric workstation and two composters in this world so there is no way i accidentally placed more and forgot about them, no village nearby. I've read that only one villager can claim a workstation block, why this happened?
