My partner just told me he is not sexually attracted to me because I lost weight

In january I (W33) had an infection caused by H pylori, and since then I have issues with my stomach. I did the antibiotic treatment a month ago, but the infection left me with a gastritis. In this whole process I lost 6kg. I already thin, so that makes some difference.

Recently my parter (M47) and I are not have much sex (I want more, he doesn't). I questioned him if there is any issue with him, and he just told me it is because I am too thin.

I am devastated.

I never thought that his libido would be so fragille to the point of 6kg making that much difference.
