Leaf spring SR lift?

Does anyone have a successful lift on their leaf spring model? I'm thinking Dobinsons 1.75" leaf in the rear, and a reputable manufacturers 3" in the front being coilovers and UCAs. For the front I'm looking at Dobinsons, OME, Bilstein, Icon, etc.

Also, if anyone knows of a rear spring shackle that will give a lift, please post it.
