Forgot email but still logged in on Xbox

Probably a bit of a long shot, but I have a Discord account that is currently linked to my Xbox account that I can’t remember the email or phone number associated with it. I am still logged in on my Xbox and can voice chat, but am logged out elsewhere. Does anyone know if there is anyway to find the email or phone number associated with this account. Tried going through all my emails I can remember using, but none of them have my account linked. My current phone number takes me to the forget password screen though never actually sends a link.
