Why i didn't get promoted?

So, last few days of this week i really gave it all to get to the B license, being as cautious as possible, cause, everytime i was 3.90 someone would just run straight at me...

I finally got there, i'm at 4.44, but didn't get the "fast track promotion" like in previous licenses, any idea why?

Edit: Already got an answer, thanks everyone!
