I never bought lingerie.... where do I even start?

I only ever wore stockings. But I really wanna wear pretty lacey things with ribbons, or leather, or garters, etc. Or bras with a cute stud/gem. I just want to learn to value the beauty in my body. I'm 19, and I can't recall a time I felt truly beautiful as a woman. And ever since I was like... 14? I hated my body. What should I do?
