Going to an all boys school has severely affected my romantic life. My parents are fantastic parents but this is the only thing I resent them for.

Im now 36 and I still struggle to speak to women now. I overthink everything when I talk to a woman I find physically attractive, I cant flirt, im awkward, I avoid eye contact and I become very guarded. I have no female friends

After speaking to my friends who also went to the same school they all agree it has had a huge detrimental effect on talking to the opposite sex and flirting etc. My friend has actually been single for a long time (despite being conventionally attractive) and actually snapped at his mum recently about sending him to an all boys school when she was pestering him, asking when he was going to settle down.

I am glad to see that single sex schools are becoming less common, they should be seen as a form of child abuse tbh.
