USB flashdrive wont let me install Linux Debian

Support

I feel like i have tried literally everything, and i still have 0 luck with getting it installed. The furthest i have gotten so far is just flashing the ISO file onto the flashdrive. For context, i am trying to make my old pc into a server pc for CubeCoders AMP. I am using a Lenovo Legion T5 28IMB05.
Here is a list of things i have done/tried to do:

* Tried to turn off secure boot, but its grayed out with no way to ungray it out (from what i can see)

* Tried to restart pc and spam f12 to boot from flashdrive. Only shows windows boot manager

* Tried booting from the Blue-Screen Screen, where i restart pc and spam F2. It just says Generic USB device and DVD/CD

* Tried Putting the flashdrive into different USB ports, both front and back with no luck.

* Tried using a different USB flash drive with no luck (that one was a USB-C one, so mightave just been that)

* factory reset the entire pc, with no luck

*tried reseting the bios by removing the cmos battery to maybe disable secure boot (i probably just did it wrong, take with a grain of salt)

If there is anyone out there that can help me... PLEASE. I have spent the last 3-4 days and 10 hours of my life on this one installation, and i am starting to lose hope.
