Picked up a bass guitar for the first time. Immediately started playing Iron Maiden, even though my fingers were bloody. Still rocked out.

I am not a musician (yet?), but I do love watching bass/guitar covers of songs I like, ESPECIALLY bass covers of Iron Maiden songs (because Steve Harris is on another fuckin level).

Anyway, in my dream, I picked up a bass guitar. And then I started playing Iron Maiden’s “Caught Somewhere in Time,” one of my favorite Maiden tracks and one I gather is very difficult to play on bass.

My fingers started bleeding. But I kept rocking and loving it. It wasn’t a nightmare or anything, I was just having a grand old time.

Then I woke up.
