How much difference is the Patreon Addition versus final copies?

Hello,
I have a kobo (far far away from kindle now) and I want to read the books. If I sub on patreon how much difference is there between the patreon additions versus final copies?

I’m dyslexic, so reading is difficult for me. So physical copy is not an option unfortunately :(

Appreciate any help! 🙏

Edit: Sorry for misspelling in title! Totally mean’t editions! Can’t edit title unfortunately
