The game isn't over ?

Hi everyone, I started playing The Freak Circus tonight and I thought the game was complete, but it turns out it isn't? We go home after returning to the circus as Pierrot asks us to, and, that's where it ends for now?
If so, does anyone know when there will be a sequel and when it will be completely finished? And if not, how do I continue?
Thanks in advance, have a good day or night!
