Somewhat beginner

I’ve fly fished for bream and bass in ponds as a kid but never made the step into trying it for stream trout fishing.
I recently got a much better than average from a buddy, 5wt. I’ve got to put new fly line on the reel yet too.
My question is, what is the appropriate leader and tippet to use.

Used to just tie 4lb test to the fly line for pond hopping, just need a little better direction now.
