Tire size choice for enkei PDC 18x8 rims

I have a set of PDC 18x8 inch rims and I’m trying to decide if I should go 225/45/18 or 235/40/18 sized tires. I’m running the stock suspension and want to confirm either sizes won’t rub on my gen 4 mazda 3 hatch and fit the rim 👍.
