WiFi Adapter keeps disconnecting randomly

​Hi everyone, I've been having this problem for a while now. My WiFi adapter has started disconnecting randomly. It usually drops for about 5 seconds and then reconnects on its own. I've also noticed that during downloads, even if it doesn't play the Windows "disconnect" sound, the speed often drops to 0 for a few seconds before ramping back up.

​I don't think it's a network issue because my laptop and smartphone work fine, and I even tested the adapter on my laptop where it worked perfectly.

​This leads me to believe the issue is with my PC. I've already disabled power saving settings and tried a few other solutions I found online, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions?
