M33 & F30 Should I be careful?

So I [M33] reconnected with my last partner [F33] after about a year of “No Contact”. It was a messy ending on both ends. We’ve recently started hanging out a lot more & doing things together. It’s a completely different/healthy vibe from what it was when it ended. There are times though when she’ll go “ghost” for hours/days, then randomly come back like nothing happened. Without saying much there’s been things said/plans canceled sometimes, no biggie things happen, but it’s how it happens. “Ghost” for that long after consistent hangs & chats. It’s just very ”Hot & Cold” sometimes, but for the most part it’s consistent & warm. My gut just keeps firing off because of the past. We’re not even pursuing a relationship, at least to my knowledge, just being friendly & reconnecting in new stages of both our lives. But any advice on situations like this or should I be worried about how things are going? OR am I just overreacting fron the knowledge/experience of our last relationship? 🤔
