Best way to promote link on Instagram

I'm completely confused currently. What's the best way to promote my links without getting suspended. A link in bio obviously seems risky, as a small creator.

Would it be better to mention a 2nd account on my main and put the link there in bio? Or just putting a link in my highlights on my main.

I know Instagram bans are not only about links, but the intention of the profile, content, but specifically this part i'm just wondering.
