Having trouble reaching O

Hi! So I’ve had trouble reaching an orgasm for a long time, much longer than I’ve been on T (4 months). Most of the time I eventually do, sometimes it can take 10 mins and sometimes it can take an hour or longer. When I first started T, they were great. My sensitivity level went up. They were the best I’ve ever had. Now, I’m having trouble again and have very little sensitivity. I wasn’t able to orgasm for over a week. It is extremely frustrating. I know that this could be related to T and I have looked at some other posts for advice but unfortunately didn’t find anything very helpful. I have an appointment coming up with my dr to discuss this. In the meantime, is there anything that helped you? Are there products I can use similar to Viagra? I’m desperate. Thanks 😭
