I can't get treatment for ADHD comorbid with depression, any options?

I have been diagnosed with MDD and its been managed for years via an in person provider. Problem is, that provider will absolutely not diagnose ADHD because, I suspect, they're mostly state funded and don't want the liability of prescribing amphetamines. My insurance is pretty bad so I'm limited to this clinic and others like it. I was receiving separate treatment for ADHD from a telehealth provider. I'm prescribed a low dose non-stimulant Amoxetine from them. Today they found out about my comorbidity (I don't know how) and have a blanket policy of not treating anyone with depression. I'm not sure what to do now. I can go private at much greater expense, or I can try to find another telehealth company that doesn't care that I also have a depression diagnosis. Advice?
