How to Request My First Refill

I tried looking at past Reddits posts but I don’t see my question answered. If I already paid the $75 for the consultation, do I still need to request an asynchronous appointment if I want to increase my dosage and tritiation schedule. Or will Pom automatically approve it without having to schedule. Is just by paying and including my notes, will be enough?
