RitualsByRose on etsy

Just wondering about RitualsByRose etsy I look at many casters on etsy and find this stands out because they say they do the energy-ritual for a few days then take a break, then do it again, then take a break and do it again for a few hours at a time it seems? Sounds intriguing to me.
