Opinions on hit-and-run style gear

To clarify: Right now I am using a rapier and pistol. Poke a couple times and then dash out of reach. I'm wondering which is better to use for the 2-pc bonus:

Flibustier for 20% less Stamina used for attacks?

Or Marksman for 30% less Stamina used for sprinting, jumping, and dashing?

I am using Privateer for the crit chance as well. So I'm wondering what to combine with it.
