Does anyone else find RTX options broken in D4?

Alright I have a decent enough PC (RTX 4090 for that matter), and sure, the monitor size is non-standard (5120x1440p ultrawide) but every I turn even the lowest of Ray Tracing, FPS goes to 80 while GPU usage is around 70%. No DLSS options or FrameGen help this case. And I'd like to play at stable 120 fps (which, without RTX, is fairly easy to achieve).

So my question is... did anyone actually get any beauty from RTX in this game, or any FPS issues like me? Or should I just stick to not using it
