Fell down stairs

I was walking pretty slowly down the stairs today and slipped and ending up falling on my butt/back/left forearm. I am really worried that I hit my head but don’t really remember if I did because I kinda was in shock. I don’t have a headache. Can someone tell me what to look for or any advice ???
