Recent Indie Film I can’t remember

In 2024-2025 there was an indie film I saw lots of advertising for. I want to watch it but I can’t remember the name of it. The trailer had steampunk imagery of a woman tracking a signal shooting across the sky, people with wooden panels locked around their necks, a revolution happening, people shooting flamethrowers with weird helmets on. Lots of abstract imagery. It also was live action, and didn’t appear to have dialogue. I think it theatrically released in one or two theaters in LA at a time and traveled to other theaters. Does anyone know what film this might have been. Thanks!
