Shortness of breath

Recently I’ve been taking rinvoq for my ulcerative colitis and it’s been helping but this past week I’ve been experiencing shortness of breath feels kind of like I’m winded after a long run and need to catch my breath after minimal physical activity like sweeping up and lifting heavy items and a bit of pressure in my chest usually after eating but not always and the feeling gets more noticeable when I’m leaning forward has anyone else experienced anything similar or have an idea of what could be wrong
