Is there an easy way to flag important destinations on the starmap?

Every time I want to get back to Constellation HQ//The planet it's on, it's a shot in the dark.

Can I tag that planet? or the planet my home is on?

Until now I was able to just go to the quest log and figure it out. Those quests are done now.
