Submitting a Program Change Request w/ offer of admission

Hello! Congrats on everyone finishing their most recent uni year :)

I'm currently in high school and I applied to life science at UTSG and I've received an offer. I applied to the program I actually wanted to do at UTM (chemical and physical science), but now I'm sort of starting to regret it since I hear all the opportunities are in the St. George campus.

I saw this program change request form in my join id portal under my life sci offer - has anyone ever tried to submit this? Will I be penalized or will all my offers be rescinded? What happens if I do submit it? I was hoping to use it to apply for the program I want in the St. George campus quicker than waiting for 2nd year uni.

Thanks a lot in advance!! Any help is really appreciated :))
