[FO3] Just need some advice or tips for modding FO3

So this will be my first time modding Fallout 3, I've played on Xbox most of my life. But I have pages and pages of mods I want to download but I just want to know some of yalls advice and tips since this is my first time doing this. I eventually want to stream it once I have everything downloaded.
