Are Baze and Mon Mothma worth R7 for Leia Defence?

Am noticing quite often my Leia is getting two-shot, with those 2 going down first, leaving Leia. r2, and Drogon. Currently have both to R5. In the context of Relic Delta, that means any R9 counters will hammer them.

Are they worth Relicing up to R7 as I try and recover my Zeta Deficit, or would I be better placed taking Drogan to R8 to boost the Hold Rate?
