Struggling with ads currently

Hello everyone,

​I’ve been running ads for a year now for my skincare brand in Pakistan, but lately, my costs have spiked, and I’m struggling to keep the numbers sustainable.

​The Problem:

My CPM on Meta is currently hovering between 650–900 PKR. For this market and niche, it feels significantly higher than the benchmarks I used to see.

Can someone help with this
