PvZ2 Arena Tournament: Cannot unlock electric blueberry after reaching 500

Could anyone please help - I'm playing PvZ2 and the current tournament features electric blueberry. I've been playing for a while and normally after reaching 500 the featured plant would be unlocked. However, this time after receiving a seed packet of 220, I still must purchase to unlock this plant, why is this one unusual?
