is studying MBBS abroad worth it?

Posting this for my best friend. She’s really set on doing MBBS and may just qualify NEET, but not enough for govt or good private colleges in India. So she’s thinking about MBBS abroad. We don’t know much about it, so any help is appreciated 🙏 We’re looking for countries with good academics, hospital exposure, safety, and reasonable cost. Open to suggestions. Even basic info helps alot.
