A deck specifically tailored to win the matchup against Izzet Tempo?

Izzet tempo is probably the strongest non-vintage magic the gathering deck ever made, is there a way to specifically tailor a deck to win this matchup every time?

This deck does literally everything, if you’re a slower deck that wants to play a bigger threat later you get strip mined out of a game, if you attempt to control the game, you get flooded out in card advantage by Hydroponics, if you try to flood the board DRC + cutter is an unbeatable offensive package, cutter being another “immediately answer” threat. If you pack your removal suite an thoughtseizes, try and stop what they’re doing you need to punch a hole though force + daze, then if you’re on a scrappy aggro plan, they can just use uncounterable/ 1 mana spells to wipe your board or kill your creatures over and over again. While churning through the cards in their deck at insane speeds running 8 of the best cantrips ever printed.

Not to mention if you’re on an unfair kind of plan, you cheat out your threat early on turn 1 with dark rituals or chrome moxes, get your huge threat down… they can retroactively blow you out with unable to scream..

It just feels like this deck is coming at your from every angle, and it’s prepared to go against literally anything. Can this deck be hatebeared out by a deck specifically made to beat it?
