How can I play skylanders again

I have a question. Back in the day, I used to play Skylanders and Skylanders Giants on the Wii with the original Skylanders Portal of Power. I’d really like to play Skylanders again, but now I only have a PS5 and an original Xbox One.

Is there any way to play Skylanders on either of those consoles? Which Skylanders games are compatible, and which Portal of Power would I need?
