UPS delivery end of the day

I'm waiting for my package from UPS. In the app you see that it will be delivered by the end of the day but this has been ongoing for 3 days. On the delivery day, he was close to my house but never came by. Since that day, it's on delivering by the end of the day for nearly 3 days.

I think my package is stolen by now. Why wouldn't it be delivered when the driver was close to me?! It's getting really frustrating right now. I tried to call UPS but their phone number is unavailable
