AMS 2 Issues :(

Folks, I’m at my ends. Out of nowhere my AMS 2 has the unloading loop in my #2 slot. Not sure what’s going on. Took apart the entire AMS and couldn’t find a single piece of broken filament. I am able to feed filament through all 4 slots manually. Took out the hub and didn’t see anything it before. I’m just lost. I even tried and put it on my other printer to make sure it was isolated to just the AMS and it had the same unloading loop. Everything I’m finding is for the first gen AMS so I don’t know what more to do. Anyone have any pointers?
