Am I overthinking?

My best friend of 10+ years has been weird lately. For the last couple of months every single time we plan to hangout or do something she cancels on me all last minute or she’ll say she’s busy for the next couple months. We’ve made reservations before and she’ll cancel hers before she gets charged the late fee (48 hours in advance) and won’t tell me till a hour before the meet up (I’ll get the notification that she canceled hers. I’m not sure if she knows it lets me know). I haven’t done anything that I know of and the only thing that changed before all this weird stuff started happening was that she got into an argument with her husband bc he had weird stuff on his phone and after that they made up again and she started acting off with me. I’ve asked why and she said she’s genuinely just busy. I have her location and she’s always home. Her sister will invite me to hangout with them when she had just told me she had to cancel bc she couldn’t go anymore.
