I can’t even boot up any riot game

i’ve been playing valorant since 2021 and i’ve never had to deal with any problem like this ;_; when trying to boot up the game, i’m prompted with the text “Your game requires a system restart to play. Please restart your computer. If this issue continues, reach out to our player support team”. i don’t know how to fix this as i’ve watched multiple videos on how to get this to work but with no solution. if anyone is able to help please let me know TuT
