Advice on creating a unique Madden streaming idea.

I’ve had an idea for a Madden streaming channel where, instead of the gamer being the focus on camera, I’d partner with an attractive female co-host/content creator who interacts with the chat while I play. Years ago I tested the idea with a Craigslist ad, but it came off sketchy and got flagged.

Now, I’m sober and have a much more legitimate setup: I converted my guest room into a high-end Airbnb in a Florida vacation area, complete with private bathroom, heated pool access, and full amenities. I’m considering revisiting the idea, but this time offering room and board in the Airbnb setup plus a profit-sharing agreement.

I’m looking for honest feedback — especially from female content creators/models — on whether this arrangement sounds appealing, safe, or weird from your perspective. My thought is that it could be mutually beneficial: a live-in content creation setup with income potential, branding opportunities, and access to equipment and workspace.

For context, I work remotely full-time and also train clients part-time as a personal trainer. The Airbnb already generates income, but I think this concept could be significantly more lucrative if done correctly and professionally.
