Did DE changed/ballanced junctions at some point?

Got one of my brothers playing WF with me recently and i'm guiding him through the early game.

(I consider myself not a pro, i definetly can't nuke-pull him through the stuff so no worry he get the early learning experience)

We're at the mission to get him his first Kubrow that requires to open the Venus/Mercury junction.

And 3 of the Task require buying Rhino BP, fight Jackel for Rhino Parts BPs and start building said part.

Now here is the thing. I never bought Rhino and i never build a Rhino part. (I'm 101% shure i never sold anything either).

Looked in my inventory and i had all 3 BP sitting there for at least a few years.

What brings me to the question in the Titel.

So i'm sitting here right know, building one of the first Frames with a Login Count of over 70 Days. :p
