Saw an opening for a non-voice/chat support role and thought I’d share it here. Mostly chat/email work—helping customers, answering questions, and sorting things out behind the scenes. No calls involved.

Probably a good fit if you:
• prefer messaging over phone conversations
• write decent English
• notice small details
• can work on your own without being micromanaged

Experience isn’t really the main thing—they seem more focused on people who are willing to learn.
