Chafing DURING period

Long story short, I work as a waitress and I pulled a twelve hour long shift with no breaks. I JUST got my period and my lips are chafing - this has NEVER happened to me before.

What do I do ??? It hurts so badly but I can't keep them dry at night because I don't wear a cup or a disc
