Suggestions for solo trip

Hi all
Please suggest solo trip ideas for 1 week approx.

1. 32 M here, WFH
2. Non smoker
3. Currently in Dehradun so not too much far away like for example coorg will be very far away.
4. I am an introvert, book reading person so will prefer a quiet place and explore the local culture and food.
5. Would prefer to stay in home-stays, Airbnb, hostels rather than hotels.
6. I can travel by bus, also by bike.
7. Can carry my laptop for extended stays.
8. Budget no problem.

To conclude i just want some place to reflect within myself and distract my mind.
