My mother in law wants me to attend a Women’s Encounter but doesn’t have info to give me?

Can anyone share what I could be expecting? It’s a 3 day weekend encounter in the Coachella Valley, CA. She told me that it’s a secret, and she can’t share what it’ll be about, but that it was transformative. I have a lot of anxiety and I just want to know what can be expected in an encounter to help me prepare mentally for it. Ive read that some can be intense/high-pressure, and I don’t if I’ll be able to handle it with my GAD. I also do take Lexapro daily and she said she doesn’t know if I’ll be allowed it.
All I know is that there be no phones, no watches, but if anyone can share their experiences at other encounters…
