How to join mlsnp team

Hello, I'm a player who arrived in America 10 months ago. I played in all age groups in my country before coming here to study. Honestly, I'm not more interested in university than football. I'm trying to join the MLS Next Pro team, but I don't know how. I would really appreciate your suggestions.

P.S. I'm 20 years old.
