How would you make the shrine technique in DnD?

Hello, first post here, so i've been brainstorming ideas since i might have to change characters soon enough, i wanted to know a way that you could do sukuna's technique in dnd, if not familiar with jjk, its basically invisible flying slashes and fire(fuga) , i already realize that fuga is basically fireball reflavoured and reverse cursed technique is just any healing spell anyway, so give me your thoughts, how would you make the slashes and bonus point if you can actually make a viable build with the slashes, fuga and rct, i will be making a character level 10 so would be good if its not above that( Doesn't have to be like a very meta or strong character, since its a very forfun table i think).
