Fish suddenly became violent, what now?

I have 2 goldfish in a 60L acquarium, one of them has been taken out for a few weeks for treatment and now that it is ok (as far as I can tell) its tankmate is going after it, mainly by biting its fins and scales. I don't know their gender and they are being fed 3 pellets of sera's granules for fish
