How can I use YT with an account again?

Context:
My first YT acc got falsely removed back in 2022 for "Spam, scams or commercially deceptive content". I tried appealing but got rejected even though I only used that acc to watch videos and rarely comment.

Since I had a second Google acc I started using that for YT and now after 4 years it got removed for circumventing the first removal. I appealed the removal but got rejected again, so I made another acc and it also got removed for circumventing today. And when I tried contacting YT on X they said there's nothing I can do since my first acc can only be appealed within a year.

Now I'm using YT without an acc and it's not great. I don't even have the option to use the "Do not recommend" feature on my homepage to try and remove what I don't want, I don't mind not subscribing to channels but the homepage is where I usually find videos to watch from.

Question:
Am I just not gonna be able to use YT with an acc anymore or is there anyway I can try and fix this?
